LGBTQ Planet is a space for clients and vendors who are part of the community and looking for respectful and safe meeting places to conduct their business, as well as forging meaningful connections with visitors and locals. Every listing in our website is out and proud!
The 24th Annual LGBTQ Tourism & Hospitality Survey developed by Community Marketing & Insights (CMI) in 2019, determined that one of themost important elements in the selection process is that the destination is safe LGBTQ-friendly. We help travelers by giving them access to a free directory of providers in the LGBTQ community all over the world, so they can plan their trips with ease.
We are also committed to supporting community-based tourism and small business owners by giving them a space to create and develop an online presence, promote their businesses free of charge, and open the doors to local and international travelers.

This project was developed and designed by the North Marketing team, specialized in online marketing and web design; with support from Charitable Travel, a non-profit travel agency that supports UK-based charities; ALTURI whose vision is to educate and engage individual supporters who want to help improve the lives of LGBTI people worldwide; and ProActividad an LGBTQ NGO in the Dominican Republic. The portal is owned and operated by A2Z Tour and Travel, a Dominican social enterprise founded by ProActividad, that seeks to help and empower the LGBTQ community in the Caribbean and elsewhere through inclusive tourism.
